Ship tools, hoists, equipment to
be repaired to our facility via UPS, FEDEX, or other
carrier you wish to use.

Include contact information, a list of
tools being shipped, and a brief description of the
problem with each.

After the tool is broken down for
inspection you will receive an estimate to repair. This
estimate is the cost is takes to bring the tool back to
“like new condition” with a 90 day warranty on parts and
labor.

Upon approval and receipt of a
purchase order or credit card information your tool(s)
will be repaired, cleaned and painted, if necessary, and
returned to you via UPS, FEDEX, or other carrier.

If you choose not to repair the tool,
you will be charged a per tool
estimating fee and
those tools will be returned to you unassembled (this is
done to eliminate the possibility of operator injury due
to use of a tool that’s known to be broken).
