repair programs on a contractual basis.
Our plans feature:
We maintain a database covering
tools repaired by model and serial number, dates of service, nature of repair or
service, number of days since last service (including service due reminders),
total cost of service for each tool, and many other data points.
This
database provides easy reference to money put into each tool versus its current
replacement cost as well as valuable information on tool performance and
durability. If you wish, we can automatically replace tools sent in for repair
when their repair cost exceeds a set amount, such as 60% of the cost of a new
tool.
Alternatively, we can send
voice, mail, or e-mail alerts to a designated contact regarding such situations
and hold for a reply before proceeding with any repair.
